Western Hills Alumni Rally Behind Concession Stand Makeover.

What started as a request for a little help quickly became another reminder of how much Western Hills alumni care about their school.

According to Patty Pressley of the Cougar Pride Alliance, an anonymous member of the Class of 1976 stepped forward to fully fund the planned renovation of the football, softball, and soccer concession stand.

The project aimed to freshen up the facility ahead of the final varsity football game to be played on the Western Hills campus this season.

The generosity didn’t stop there. Pressley later shared that Viren Patel, a member of the Class of 2010, donated an additional $1,000, enabling the Tower Field baseball concession stand to be refreshed as well.

While the original fundraising goal has been met, donations are still being accepted. Pressley said future contributions will support other Cougar Pride Alliance projects that benefit students and help maintain the campus.
