Back-to-school season is almost here, and the Benbrook Community Center YMCA is once again helping families get ready for the new school year with its annual Back-to-School Fair.
The event will take place on Saturday, August 1, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Benbrook Community Center YMCA, 1899 Winscott Road. Families can look forward to free school supplies, haircuts, vision screenings, and other helpful community resources designed to give students a strong start to the school year.
The YMCA is also collecting donations of backpacks, lunch boxes, and water bottles to support local students. Businesses and organizations interested in participating as vendors can request information by emailing sridge@ymcafw.org.
