Salmark BBQ Bringing Smoked Favorites This Week And Into The Weekend.

For barbecue lovers, the smell of slow-smoked brisket may be a little closer to home this weekend.

Salmark BBQ has released its weekly schedule, which includes a stop in the Ventana community, near Benbrook, on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The local barbecue vendor will also be serving at Sundance Square on Wednesday and Thursday from noon to 10 p.m., giving Fort Worth-area residents multiple opportunities to grab a meal throughout the week.

Known for serving Texas-style barbecue favorites, Salmark BBQ has become a familiar sight at community events and local gatherings across the area.
