Aledo CPR Boot Camp Aims to Turn Everyday Residents Into Lifesavers.

A single emergency can change everything in seconds, and an upcoming CPR Boot Camp in Aledo is giving residents the chance to be ready when those moments happen.

The hands-on training event will take place Friday, May 29, from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and is open to all ages. Participants will receive official HSI certifications in infant, child, and adult CPR, first aid, AED use, and emergency bleed control.

The course also includes bonus training involving EpiPen and Narcan response, along with a personal emergency response kit featuring gloves, gauze, trauma shears, a CPR face shield, and other first-aid essentials.

Organizers say the goal is simple: help everyday people feel more confident responding in real-life emergencies before professional responders arrive.

Whether it’s helping a child who stops breathing, responding to a sports injury, or stepping in during a medical emergency at home, the training is designed to give residents practical skills they can carry with them long after the class ends.

Registration is $75 per student. Residents interested in attending can register at CPR Boot Camp Registration.
