Cityview Chiropractic Giving Back With Free Services and Prize Giveaway.

A simple adjustment appointment could turn into a new TV, blender, or pair of headphones this week in Fort Worth.

Cityview Chiropractic is hosting a Patient Appreciation Day on Thursday, May 14, offering free chiropractic services for both longtime patients and first-time visitors.

Current and past patients can receive free adjustments, while new patients can receive free exams and X-rays throughout the day. The clinic will be open from 9 a.m. to noon and again from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

The event is also designed to welcome new faces into the practice, encouraging patients to bring along friends and family members interested in chiropractic care.

Everyone who attends will automatically be entered into prize drawings featuring more than $2,000 in giveaways, including a Samsung 65-inch Crystal HD TV, Sony headphones, and a Ninja blender.

Cityview Chiropractic says the event is meant as a thank-you to the community and to the patients who have supported the practice over the years.
