A little mystery, a little teamwork, and a ticking clock are coming to the Benbrook Public Library this month.
On Tuesday, March 17, from 2 to 4 p.m., the library will transform part of its space into a Five Nights at Freddy’s themed escape room designed for participants ages 8 to 18. The challenge invites groups to work together solving puzzles and clues before time runs out.
Inspired by the popular horror game series, the experience places participants inside a fictional version of Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria. Teams of five will have 60 minutes to solve the challenges and escape before the imagined system reboot at 6 a.m. Younger fans of the franchise will recognize the familiar suspense, while newcomers can simply enjoy the puzzle-solving adventure.
Registration is required, and space is limited. Groups of five are encouraged, though smaller groups may be combined to allow more participants to take part.
To register, call 817-249-6632 or speak with staff at the front desk.
The Benbrook Public Library is located at 1065 Mercedes St., Benbrook, TX 76126.
