Benbrook’s older adults have an opportunity to connect with helpful health resources during an upcoming community event at the Benbrook Community Center YMCA.
The 2026 Senior Health Fair is scheduled for Thursday, March 12, at 9:30 am in the gymnasium at 1899 Winscott Road. The free event is designed for active older adults who want to learn more about staying healthy and engaged.
Attendees can visit with local vendors and organizations that focus on health, wellness, and services that support aging well. The event also offers neighbors a chance to gather, learn about community resources, and take home helpful information and giveaways.
Organizers encourage residents to bring a friend or family member and make a morning of it.
