Lady Bobcats Soccer Stay Perfect in District Play.

The Lady Bobcats soccer team hit the road Tuesday night with one goal in mind: protect their unbeaten district record. They did just that and made it look impressive.

Benbrook closed out the first half of district play still undefeated, powered by a balanced offensive attack.

Sydney Chavez, Lily Chavez, and Katelyn Chaparro each found the net twice. Lily Carias and Jessica Anzaldua added a goal apiece. Chaparro, Lily Chavez, Anzaldua, and Ava Rios each recorded assists to round out a complete team effort.

One milestone stood out. Junior Lily Chavez scored her 50th and 51st career goals, a mark that speaks to consistency, work ethic, and a nose for the net.

With the win, the Lady Bobcats improve to 10-3-1 overall and 5-0 in district, holding first place. They return home on Friday to host Carter Riverside at the Benbrook Middle High School soccer field.
