Vehicle Crashes Into Benbrook Nail Bar, One Person Trapped.

Emergency crews responded to a serious incident Thursday after a vehicle drove into the Benbrook Nail Bar in the 300 block of Mercedes Street, according to photojournalist Michael Beard.

Benbrook Fire Department and EMS units reported that one vehicle entered the building, leaving one person pinned against a wall. Crews began extrication efforts at the scene as well as attended multiple persons sustaining injurites. The condition of the individual involved was not immediately available.

At this time, officials have not confirmed whether the crash was caused by a medical emergency or a driver error. The situation remains under investigation.
