Benbrook residents looking for a relaxed night out and a good meal can head over to the Benbrook Memorial VFW Post 10429 this Saturday for a community favorite.
The VFW and its Auxiliary will host their monthly Fish Fry Dinner on Saturday, January 17, continuing a tradition held on the third Saturday of each month.
The post opens at 4 PM, with fish served from 5:30 to 7:30 PM. Plates include fried fish, coleslaw, french fries, and hushpuppies, offering an easy dinner option without the work at home.
Meals are $15 per person, with an all-you-can-eat option available for $25.
It is a simple way to step away from the busy start of the year, enjoy a warm meal, and spend time with friends and neighbors in a welcoming setting.
