Benbrook neighbors are invited to a special Choice Food Pantry Day this Tuesday, December 30, from noon to 2 pm at Manna Joseph Storehouse.
Unlike a typical drive-up distribution, this is a walk-through pantry where families can park, step inside, and choose the food items that best fit their needs.
Volunteers will have a wide selection available, allowing each household to build their own box with dignity and care. Guests are encouraged to dress warmly and bring a jacket, as the pantry setup requires moving through the space while selecting items.
This end-of-year pantry day is meant to be both practical and encouraging, a reminder that provision is available and the community stands ready to help. Anyone in need of food is welcome to attend. New guests are asked to complete a one-time application in advance.
More information and the application are available at mannajosephstorehouse.org. Residents are encouraged to share the details with anyone who could benefit.
