Holiday Magic Rolls Into Palestine with The Polar Express Train Ride.

The holiday season in Palestine, Texas, is set to shine brighter than ever this year, thanks to a brand-new 50-foot dancing Christmas tree greeting guests outside the historic Palestine Depot.

Topped with an 8-foot star and synchronized to cheerful holiday tunes, the LED tree offers the perfect backdrop for family photos before boarding one of the state’s most beloved Christmas traditions.

Beginning November 14, The Polar Express™ Train Ride returns to take passengers on a whimsical journey to the North Pole. Guests are invited to wear their favorite pajamas, sip hot chocolate, enjoy cookies and carols, and meet Santa himself, who shares the first gift of Christmas—a silver sleigh bell meant only for true believers.

Tickets are on sale now, and they tend to sell out quickly. While in town, visitors can also explore the charm of Palestine, nestled in the Piney Woods of East Texas. With its vintage train rides, cozy lodging, festive downtown, and inviting local shops and restaurants, it’s the perfect place to make holiday memories.
