City planning may not always make headlines, but the decisions shape daily life in Benbrook for years to come.
On Thursday, September 11, at 7 pm, the Planning and Zoning Commission will meet inside the Council Chambers at 911 Winscott Road to talk about the future of our community.
The agenda includes updates to Title 17 of the Benbrook Municipal Code and a review of the 2025 Comprehensive Plan Update, both of which set the stage for how Benbrook grows, builds, and protects its neighborhoods. Residents will also have an opportunity to share comments during the public session.
For those who want to dig into the details, the full agenda can be found at benbrook-tx.gov. A direct link is available here, along with past meeting minutes and recordings.
This is more than a routine meeting. It is a chance for neighbors to speak up, ask questions, and play a part in shaping the community we call home.
