Lady Bobcats Volleyball Battles Through Ups and Downs.

The Benbrook Lady Bobcats volleyball team has seen a rollercoaster stretch on the court.

After their biggest loss since mid-August , a 3-0 sweep by Arlington Heights that snapped a five-game winning streak, the Lady Bobcats wasted no time bouncing back. They took down Itasca in straight sets, then followed with another 2-0 win over Venus, marking back-to-back victories and improving their record to 12-7.

The momentum slowed in their next outing, as Riesel edged Benbrook 2-1 in a tight contest, dropping the Lady Bobcats to 12-8 overall.

Next up, Benbrook will look to regain their rhythm when it takes on Sanger at 6 p.m. Tuesday. Fans can expect another spirited battle as the team continues its push through the season.
