For Westpark students, the upcoming Decades Dance is shaping up to be more than just a night of music and costumes. It is a chance to celebrate while supporting something meaningful.
Hosted by the Westpark PTA, the Decades Dance and Silent Auction will take place on Thursday, April 23, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. The event is open to current Westpark students, with student admission set at $5 and free entry for adults.
Families can also opt for an all-inclusive wristband for $10, purchased in advance, which covers admission and treats like cotton candy, popcorn, tattoos, and a goodie bag. Wristbands will be $15 at the door. Pre-orders are available through April 22 at https://westparkpta.square.site/.
The evening will also include a silent auction benefiting the fifth-grade field trip, along with food options available for purchase.
All students must be accompanied by an adult, and the focus is simple. Create a fun, safe space for students to enjoy time together while giving back to their school community.
If your household has a Westpark student, it is one of those nights worth putting on the calendar.
