At Westpark Elementary, creativity is not reserved for a few. It is something every student gets to share.
This week, the campus launches its annual Art Show, a schoolwide event that features work from every student. The show runs in two ways, giving families the chance to experience it both online and in person.
The virtual gallery is already live and will remain open through March 31, making it easy for families to view and purchase artwork at their convenience. The in-person experience takes place on Thursday, March 26, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. during Open House, where the main atrium and hallways will transform into a student gallery.
Beyond celebrating creativity, the event also supports the program’s future. Proceeds from art purchases and framed reproductions go directly back to the Westpark art department, helping fund supplies and student opportunities.
For parents, it is more than a showcase. It is a chance to see their child’s work in a new light, something created with imagination and now displayed with pride.
