Student athletes at Western Hills High School, it’s time to gear up early for next season.
On May 14, 2025, WHHS is hosting pre-season physicals for just $15—a great way to get cleared and ready for action before the new school year.
The event kicks off at 4:00 PM outside the gym. Just enter through the designated door from the south parking lot. Physicals will be provided by the expert team from Cook Children’s Orthopedic & Sports Medicine – Walsh Ranch.
Open to all student activities—from football and volleyball to band, cheer, and JROTC—this is your one-stop spot to check off an important requirement. But don’t wait too long; space is capped at 80 students, and it’s first-come, first-served.
Important reminders:
• Pre-pay using the QR code on your flyer
• Bring your physical form with medical history signed by a parent/guardian
• Wear t-shirt and shorts
• Avoid exercise for one hour beforehand to keep your blood pressure normal
All proceeds go toward supporting the Western Hills Athletic Training Department, so it’s a win for everyone.
