Western Hills High School’s AFJROTC program is closing out Round One of its worldwide academic competition.
This fast-paced contest tests knowledge, strategy, and teamwork against units from around the globe. With the first round nearly complete, both WHHS teams are aiming to advance and maintain their momentum.
Team A, the JV squad, includes Cadets Victoria Lewis, Brandon Hall, Antonio Miller, Parker Hamilton, and Jaliya Attaway. Team B, the varsity group, features Cadets Karina Ramos, Heaven Johnson, Jada Keith, Zoe Portillo, and Mark Angel. Together, they have spent weeks preparing, studying, and sharpening their skills to earn a spot in Round Two.
Their work is a point of pride on campus, not only for the competition itself but for the discipline and commitment it reflects. As the teams wait for results, the school community is rallying behind them, knowing they are representing Western Hills with focus and drive.
