Volunteer Judges Needed for Student Literacy Event.

If you have been looking for a meaningful way to give back, this is one opportunity worth considering.

Fort Worth ISD is seeking volunteers to serve as judges for the Battle of the Books competition, set for May 11 and May 12 at the TCU BLUU Ballroom, 2901 Stadium Drive in Fort Worth. Judges are needed from 9:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. to help guide and encourage students as they compete.

The role is straightforward but important. Volunteers help create an environment where students can showcase their reading, teamwork, and preparation.
