Traffic Signals Reportedly Stuck Along Mercedes.

Drivers traveling through Benbrook Monday morning ran into trouble at more than one traffic signal along Mercedes Street.

Just before 8 a.m., signals appeared to be malfunctioning at Van Buren Boulevard and Mercedes Street, with similar trouble reported at Mercedes and U.S. 377, according to dispatch information reported by CrimeRadar.app.

At Van Buren, the westbound Mercedes left-turn signal reportedly failed to change, causing traffic to back up. Dispatch information also indicated some drivers were running the light and that TxDOT was expected to be notified.

Drivers traveling through the area should use extra caution and allow additional time until the signals are operating normally.
