A new season is about to begin for TCU Volleyball, and the Horned Frogs won’t have much time to ease into it.
TCU head volleyball coach Jason Williams joined the “Frogs in a Pod” podcast ahead of the Aug. 29 season opener against Texas and a schedule featuring 10 preseason top-25 opponents.
Williams discussed the growing popularity of college volleyball, the new Taraflex playing surface at Schollmaier Arena and the makeup of this year’s team, including key returning players and newcomers from the transfer portal.
Beyond the roster, Williams offered a look at the culture and character behind a TCU team preparing to test itself against some of the nation’s best from the opening serve.
