Texas Christian University invites women from Benbrook and surrounding communities to participate in a paid research study on how cardiovascular exercise affects gut health.
The study is being led by TCU’s Nutrition and Kinesiology departments and is open to both TCU and non-TCU participants.
Researchers are seeking females ages 18 to 40 with a BMI of at least 25 who are willing to commit to a 12-week supervised exercise program.
Participants who complete the study will receive a $200 Amazon gift card and body composition analysis via DEXA.
