FORT WORTH, Texas—Tarrant County College (TCC) will expand its workforce development efforts with a $280,000 grant from the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB), part of the Texas Reskilling and Upskilling through Education (TRUE) grant program.
This initiative aims to enhance workforce education and training in high-demand fields like data processing, food and nutrition, and mental health services. TCC’s funding will help create, redesign, or expand short-duration credential programs that align with local industry needs.
