Science, Dirt, and Discovery Head to Benbrook Library.

Some of the world’s most important discoveries start in the dirt.

Benbrook Public Library is inviting families to dig into science during Science Heroes: Digging It!, an interactive STEM show that combines hands-on experiments, audience participation, and plenty of fun.

The program celebrates the scientists who study the ground beneath our feet while giving young learners a chance to see science in action. Audience volunteers will help conduct experiments throughout the show, making each presentation a little different from the last.

Two performances are scheduled for June 25, with showtimes at 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. The event is open to all ages.

The program will be held at the Benbrook Public Library, located at 1065 Mercedes St.

For more information about this and other upcoming programs, visit Benbrook Public Library or browse the Benbrook Library Events Calendar. Additional details are available by calling 817-249-6632.

For kids who love to ask “why?” and parents who enjoy seeing curiosity come to life, this one is worth digging into.
