Salad and Go to Exit Texas and Oklahoma, Closing All North Texas Locations.

Fans of quick, affordable salads across North Texas are about to lose a familiar option.

Salad and Go is shutting down all remaining locations in Texas and Oklahoma, including 25 stores still operating across North Texas and seven in Oklahoma, according to reporting by The Phoenix Business Journal. The Coppell-based company will also close its commissary facility and move its headquarters out of the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

The decision marks a significant pullback for a brand that once expanded rapidly across the region, positioning itself as a healthier fast food alternative with drive-thru convenience. For many Benbrook area residents, Salad and Go became a regular stop for quick lunches and budget-friendly meals.

While the company has not detailed future plans beyond the closures, the move reflects broader challenges facing fast casual restaurant brands amid rising costs and shifting consumer habits. The closures will impact both employees and loyal customers who relied on the chain for easy, fresh options.
