Obituary for Dennis Buschbaum Jr.

Dennis Buschbaum Jr., a Benbrook man remembered for his humor, loyalty, and deep devotion to family, died Sept. 23, 2026, surrounded by loved ones.

Those closest to Dennis knew he could be stubborn and strong-willed, but they also knew what was underneath it. He loved his family fiercely and wanted the people who mattered most nearby.

In fact, Dennis often joked that if he had his way, the entire family would live together on one big compound, where he could keep everyone close and, in his opinion, no one would ever need to go to Disney.

For 35 years, Dennis and his wife, Angelle, built a life together filled with children, grandchildren, laughter, and plenty of stories. His family described that life, and the generations that came from it, as perhaps his greatest legacy.

Dennis leaves behind a family that will miss him deeply while carrying forward the memories, stories, and pieces of the man they loved.
