BENBROOK, TEXAS — Disaster recovery and commercial restoration firm Mooring has signed a 62,391-square-foot lease at Chisholm 20, a major industrial development in Benbrook, southwest of Fort Worth.
The company will occupy space in Building 1 of the 917,374-square-foot, four-building project developed by Jackson-Shaw. The company, currently based in Grand Prairie, plans to relocate and expand into the new space in the first half of 2025.
