If your spring garden is still in the planning stage, this may be the nudge you need.
The Fort Worth Master Gardeners are continuing their monthly educational series at Benbrook Public Library, offering practical guidance for gardeners at every level. The March session focuses on native vegetables and will be led by experienced Master Gardener Theresa Posani.
The class takes place Friday, March 6, from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at the Benbrook Public Library, 1065 Mercedes St. The program is designed for adults and aims to help residents grow smarter and more confidently in North Texas soil.
Each session in the series highlights seasonal or specialty topics, giving participants tools they can use right away in their own yards. For anyone looking to plant with purpose this year, learning about native vegetables is a strong place to start.
