Every great Dungeons & Dragons adventure starts with a Dungeon Master, and the Benbrook Public Library is giving aspiring storytellers the chance to learn how.
On Thursday, Aug. 13, from 5:30 to 8 p.m., the library will host a Dungeon Master Training session for adults ages 18 and older. Designed for both first-time and more experienced Dungeon Masters, the workshop covers the basics of running a game, including storytelling, encounter design, player management, and creating a fun experience around the table. All materials will be provided.
Participants interested in volunteering will also learn how they can help lead future Dungeons & Dragons sessions for tweens, teens, and adults at the library.
