Knightvest Capital has acquired the Verandas at Cityview, a 314-unit residential community in South Fort Worth’s Benbrook area.
Rebranded as Lauren, the 2002-built garden-style property was 93% occupied at the time of sale and marks the firm’s first entry into the Fort Worth market under its Fund II.
Planned upgrades include enhancements to the fitness center, dog park, and pool area, which align with Knightvest’s track record of value-added renovations.
With Fort Worth’s sustained growth and strong economic outlook, Knightvest views the acquisition as a strategic addition to its expanding portfolio.
