Work hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to around 2 or 3 p.m., with occasional Saturdays during the busy holiday season and college move-out period from June through August. Saturday work is otherwise optional and happens only about once a month.
The company is based in Benbrook and services homes typically within a 15- to 25-minute drive, with just a few exceptions farther out—travel time is compensated. The majority of the homes are repeat clients, so housekeepers quickly get familiar with both the homes and the families they serve.
Teamwork is key, as cleaners work in teams of two or three. Christina’s Pristine Solutions is looking for someone who takes their work seriously, values flexibility, and enjoys working closely with others.
