If you have been meaning to take a closer look at your health but are not sure where to start, this weekend offers a simple entry point.
The Holistic Fair returns Sunday, March 8, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at CERA, 3300 Bryant Irvin Road in Fort Worth. Admission is $10 at the door, and parking is free.
The event brings together a wide range of wellness vendors and practitioners, including holistic and natural therapies, intuitive consultants, handmade gift items, aura and chakra scans, nutritional and body products, spiritual teachers, healing modalities, health and fitness resources, and wellness sessions available on site.
Throughout the day, attendees can also sit in on short talks and presentations designed to spark new ideas about personal well being.
One of those sessions features holistic health coach Ken Kehs, who will speak from 3:30 to 4:00 p.m. His 30-minute talk focuses on women over 30 who feel exhausted or anxious despite being told their labs look normal.
Kehs plans to address how hormone shifts, emotional patterns, and energy imbalances can overlap, and why common symptoms such as fatigue, brain fog, mood swings, and painful cycles may linger even when standard testing shows no clear problem.
Kehs specializes in supporting women 30 and older through a structured approach that combines lab review, lifestyle strategy, emotional work, and energy support. His goal is to help clients move beyond frustration and regain steady energy, mental clarity, and emotional resilience.
For residents who are curious about natural approaches to wellness or simply want to browse local vendors, the fair offers a low-key way to connect with practitioners and gather information in one place.
