From Sourdough Startup to Growing Team.

There was a time when The Sour Boule was known for one thing: bread.

No coffee program. No sandwiches. No cookies, catering, or classes. Just a small team focused on making great sourdough.

Today, thanks to strong community support, the Fort Worth bakery has grown into something much bigger. And now, as it prepares for its next chapter, The Sour Boule is looking to add new team members.

The business is currently hiring for Front of House and Barista positions, Sandwich Line team members, and Prep and Production staff. Openings are available for its Fort Worth operation as well as a future location planned for East Parker County.

Rather than focusing solely on experience, the team says it is looking for people who work hard, care about others, and want to help build something meaningful.
