Fort Worth’s Trinity Metro will adjust schedules during the Christmas and New Year’s holidays, impacting services on December 24-25 and December 31-January 1.
On Christmas Eve, bus routes will end early at 7:15 p.m., with On-Demand paratransit available until 7:45 p.m. Bus service will be hourly on Christmas and New Year’s Day. Limited on-demand services will operate from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. in select areas, while other routes, including the Trinity Railway Express (TRE), will not run. Molly the Trolley will operate every 30 minutes.
On New Year’s Eve, all services in Tarrant County, including buses, TEXRail, and On-Demand rides, will offer free rides, with Southside On-Demand extending service until 1 am. Travelers heading to DFW Airport can take advantage of $2 TEXRail rides and convenient 30-minute daily frequencies. Long-term parking for $5 per day is available at several stations, with reservations through the Ace Parking app.
During the holidays, Customer Support at 817-215-8600 will be available for assistance from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m., though the ticket kiosk at Fort Worth Central Station will be closed.
