Benbrook residents were caught by surprise around 6:30 p.m. yesterday when multiple emergency vehicles rushed toward a home on Stevens Road, just off Highway 377 South near Benbrook Lake.
Witnesses spotted two Benbrook fire trucks, EMS, police, and two Fort Worth fire trucks responding to the scene, sparking speculation across social media.
Many locals, seeing the flashing lights from the busy 2871 and Highway 377 intersection, shared photos and videos, wondering if a house or grass fire had broken out.
It was later confirmed that the fire started in the garage but was quickly contained before spreading.
