The Benbrook Lady Bobcats faced a tough challenge Thursday, falling 80-24 to the dominant Eastern Hills Lady Highlanders.

Ranked 615th nationally by MaxPreps compared to Benbrook’s 1315th, the Lady Highlanders continued their streak of decisive victories, with this game marking their 11th win by 21 points or more this season.

While the Lady Bobcats are now on a seven-game skid with a 5-9 record, they have an opportunity to regroup over the holiday break. They’ll return to action on January 7 at 7:30 PM in a home game against the Carter-Riverside Eagles, hoping to reset and reignite their season.
