Dinosaurs are stomping back into Benbrook Public Library this summer with a hands-on learning series designed for curious young explorers.
In partnership with the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History, the library is launching a six-week “Dino Discovery Lab” for kids ages 8 to 12. Each week, museum educators will lead interactive lessons focused on prehistoric life, giving tweens a chance to dig deeper into the world of dinosaurs.
The first session, set for Tuesday, June 2 from 2 to 3 p.m., will spotlight “Dinosaurs of Texas,” introducing participants to the massive creatures that once roamed the Lone Star State long before highways and neighborhoods covered the landscape.
