If you’ve got an hour to spare and enjoy a good puzzle with even better people, the Benbrook Public Library has something just for you.
Every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month, the library hosts Brain Games Puzzle Club, a relaxed and friendly space where seniors can connect, laugh, and give their minds a little workout. From Sudoku to crosswords to other classic brain teasers, it’s the kind of low-pressure fun that keeps things fresh.
It’s just one hour, from 1 to 2 PM, but the time flies. Light refreshments are offered, and the conversations are just as energizing as the puzzles.
Whether you’re a lifelong puzzle fan or just looking to try something new, it’s a great way to stay sharp and meet neighbors who enjoy a challenge too.
The library is located at 1065 Mercedes Street in Benbrook. For more info, you can visit benbrooklibrary.org or call 817-249-6632.
