After receiving several endorsements for a cleaner named Kandy Brigham, who claimed to own a company called Magical Maids, a Benbrook resident decided to book a service. But things quickly became suspicious. The resident reported conflicting information about who had entered her home and cleaned. By the end of the exchange, Brigham allegedly denied knowing who had performed the work.
The resident was then blocked on social media, and any trace of her interaction with Brigham disappeared. Thankfully, no payment had been made, but the resident is now left double-checking her home for missing items or hidden surveillance, raising serious concerns about privacy and security.
In response, she has begun pursuing legal action, even pulling property records to track down Brigham’s address.
