The night sky took center stage last week as families gathered for the Benbrook Public Library’s Family Star Party.
With help from the Fort Worth Astronomical Society and local astronomy enthusiast Bradford L. Riza, attendees explored the wonders of the universe through powerful telescopes, viewing and capturing images of the Sombrero Galaxy, the Owl Nebula, and other celestial sights.
The library thanked everyone who attended and the volunteers who made the evening possible, calling it an unforgettable experience for families of all ages.
