For most recent graduates, June marks the start of a new chapter. For Benbrook’s Tanner Madara, it also means stepping onto the field with an opportunity to showcase his talent on a bigger stage.
The Class of 2026 graduate recently headed to the prestigious Area Code Baseball tryouts, representing Benbrook as he competes alongside some of the region’s top high school players.
Madara got his day started with an impressive 6.5-second time in the 60-yard dash, a performance that quickly turned heads and highlighted the speed that has helped make him one of Benbrook’s standout athletes.
As he takes the next step in his baseball journey, the Benbrook community will undoubtedly be cheering him on. No matter what happens at the tryouts, he’s already representing his school and hometown with pride.
