Benbrook residents looking to build confidence and learn safe firearm handling now have a new local resource.
Mindy Kay, a certified and experienced firearms instructor, offers private shooting lessons at Shoot Smart in Benbrook. She’s on a mission to make self-defense training accessible for everyone.
Whether you’re brand new, nervous to start, or haven’t practiced in a while, Mindy brings a patient, personalized approach to help you feel comfortable and capable. She offers two-hour one-on-one lessons for $150, which includes instruction and gear—students just pay a $15 range fee.
During your session, she also offers License to Carry (LTC) shooting qualifications. Lessons are available on weekdays, and sessions are open to men, women, and even responsible youth interested in learning firearm safety.
