Benbrook Choir Sends 21 Singers to Region.

Benbrook High School choir has plenty to sing about after a strong showing at Region auditions.

Twenty-one Bobcat singers earned spots in the Region Mixed Choir, including three who finished first in their sections: sopranos Campbell Glazer and Hana Brown, and alto Ashlen Potter. Ava Mosquera followed with a second-chair finish among altos.

Also earning Mixed Choir spots were Rylee Fusilier, Marleigh Hradek, Paige Ball, Allison Ramirez, Emily Allison, Natalie Klaerner, Madison Borman, Anabelle Russell, Skylar Sosropartano, Maddie Lou LaChance, Brileigh Satterwhite, Gabby Weisiger, Ben Brown, Memphis Newton, Noah Palmer, John Hillary and Kamal Busari.

The accomplishment comes with another opportunity. Benbrook’s Mixed Choir members will advance to Round 2 of the All-State audition process in November.

Benbrook also celebrated singers selected for the Region Treble Choir, along with every student who auditioned. For the Bobcats moving forward, the music now gets a little tougher and the stage a little bigger.
