For three years, Madi Larson-Mcham has been part of the morning routine for countless Benbrook coffee drinkers. Now, the longtime Starbucks barista is getting ready to pour her last cup behind the counter.
Larson-Mcham, who has run the Starbucks at Highway 377 and I-20 for the past three years, announced that Friday, Oct. 9, will be her final day.
“Being a part of your mornings and getting to know so many of my neighbors has been one of my favorite parts of this job,” she shared.
She is inviting regulars to stop by Friday to say goodbye. And while she expects to still see plenty of familiar faces around Benbrook, she would love one more chance to see some of her favorite customers from the other side of the counter.
So, regulars, you’ve got one more week to stop in, grab your usual and wish Madi well.
