BASIS Benbrook Reopens with Safety First.

After several cold and disruptive days, BASIS Benbrook is ready to welcome students back to campus on Thursday, January 29th.

School leaders closely monitored weather conditions and inspected buildings to ensure everything was safe and ready for classes to resume.

Families returning to routine are encouraged to take it slowly. Staff are asking for patience during morning drop off and reminding drivers to use extra care in the parking lot as everyone eases back into the school day.

To help reduce stress for families, students will not be marked tardy on Thursday. The goal is a safe, calm return rather than a rushed one.

As Benbrook continues to thaw out, BASIS Benbrook’s approach reflects what many families are feeling right now. Safety comes first, flexibility matters, and a little grace goes a long way as the community gets back to work.
