Christmas shopping is coming to BASIS Benbrook, and the school hopes some of Benbrook’s local makers will be part of it.
The BASIS Benbrook Boosters are looking for artisan vendors for Winter Wonderland on Saturday, Nov. 14, at the school off Vista Way. The holiday market will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., following the school’s Breakfast with Santa.
Along with shopping, families can expect crafts, activities, and even a visit from The Grinch, provided he does not ruin the party first. Breakfast with Santa requires a ticket, but the market and remaining activities will be open to the public.
Vendor spaces are $40 for a 10-by-10 booth, with indoor and outdoor spaces available. Vendors may reserve up to two spaces and can add electricity for an additional fee. Organizers anticipate about 200 families and will notify applicants of acceptance or waitlist status by Nov. 1.
