Benbrook residents have a chance to help shape the future of how we walk, bike, and move around the state. The Texas Department of Transportation is inviting the public to weigh in on its Statewide Active Transportation Plan, or SATP.
The goal? Build a safer, more connected network for all Texans, whether you’re biking to work, walking your kids to school, or just looking for better local paths.
Public meetings will take place in ten cities from June 10 through July 13, and there’s also an online option if you can’t attend in person.
This is a great opportunity to speak up about what’s working, what’s not, and what improvements you’d like to see in and around Benbrook.
