Summer is almost here, and so are opportunities to do more than just soak up the sun.
Fort Worth Community Collaborative (FWCC) is offering a volunteer internship for students eager to make a difference while gaining hands-on experience.
Based in Fort Worth, this 10–15 hours per week role is perfect for high school seniors or college students interested in sustainability, communications, or nonprofit work. Interns will help run a community retail store, create social media content, and capture the real-life stories behind FWCC’s mission to reduce textile waste and build stronger neighborhoods.
It’s unpaid, but the experience is invaluable—offering professional development, portfolio-worthy projects, and meaningful connections.
Sound like your kind of summer gig? Email a brief statement of interest to dorie@fwcollab.org and get ready to make your mark.
