Swimmers can head back to the Benbrook Community Center YMCA. After several days of repairs, water testing, and adjustments, the pool has reopened.
The YMCA says the pool can safely operate while it waits for additional parts to arrive. In the meantime, opening times will be adjusted to give staff time to make chemical adjustments when needed.
The pool will open at 6 a.m. Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. Saturdays, and 2 p.m. on Sundays. The remainder of the pool schedule stays the same for now.
The Y says it will keep members updated if anything changes.
