Frida Kahlo Inspires Artful Evening at Benbrook Library.

A little fabric, paint, and embroidery will come together for an evening inspired by Frida Kahlo at the Benbrook Public Library.

The library’s Artful Endeavors program returns Wednesday, Sept. 23, from 5:30 to 7 p.m., inviting adults to create their own mixed-media artwork inspired by Kahlo’s distinctive art and personal storytelling.

Participants will work with natural fabrics, acrylic paints, colorful embroidery, and decorative charms to create a piece that puts their own creativity into the project.

The program is for ages 18 and older, and registration is required. Register and find more upcoming library events.
